Two photos from Fort Delaware Pea Patch Island was taken by SIPI Member Brent Owen shows a black mass in front of SIPI member Connie Boyer and in the next photos it has moved to the left of her. No cause was found for this.

Investigation At Black Moon Manor.

Built in 1862 by John C. Estates the manor was used as a hospital when a small pox outbreak came through the town some 200 people died in the house and buried in the backyard cemetery. The manor has a history of paranormal phenomena from voices, sensed presences, object movement and people being shoved. We will do a 24hr investigation at the manor this August.
