The Southern Indiana Paranormal Investigators will be doing an overnight investigation at channel 9 WNIN in Evansville, IN. May 17th 2008 MESA will join us on this investigation WNIN was once the home of philanthropist Willard Carpenter who built Willard Library. The last time we did an investigation there was back in 2003.

I worked for WNIN in 1999-2002. I often was alone and always noticed when I would leave the building some evenings, the distinct smell of flowers, specifically lilacs in one of the front offices. No one was in the building and no one had been cleaning. The flowers smelled freshly cut, but sometimes this smell would permeate in the dead of winter. I reported this to other staff members and it was confirmed that the smell of flowers would be in the building when no flowers were present.
